MPI’s Chicago Chapter had their awards gala at the Bridgeport Art Center in Chicago. This was our forth time assisting MPI with their celebration. As beautiful as the venue was, it had some challenges. The biggest challenge was all the support columns throughout the space, creating significant sight line issues. An In-The-Round solution was the way to go. This made for a very intimate engagement. To support the content needed, we put linked iPads inside the center pieces at the tables, framed to match the theme. Live video and presentations were streamed to all the tables.
